Polyurea Tile Grout
Solvent-free polyaspartic tile joint grouts with ceramic-like finish.
Combines polyurea wear/weather resistance with polyurethane flexibility. Overcomes epoxy yellowing and low-temperature brittleness. Typical two-component system: resin DSPA-2231 with Dongsen HDX hardeners (see HDX-100 / HDX-1200; confirm mix ratio with TDS); fully cured hardness about 60–65D; mix working time about 25–30 minutes.
